How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within the first hour. Scroll to the “Changed your mind?” section in the email.
If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email support@getitt.com and we’ll be happy to help with an alternative solution.
I accidentally canceled my order—can I still receive it?
If you canceled your order on the site but would still like to receive it, the best option is to place a new order via the checkout page.

If you canceled your order using the cancellation link in your confirmation email, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Didn’t receive it? Contact us at support@getitt.com (include your original order number #GLO) and we’ll check it for you.
