COVID-19 Shipping Information
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all our carriers are taking precautions to protect the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers.
Rest assured: all our carriers follow government guidelines, and everyone’s safety is our priority.
At this time, our delivery services are not experiencing delays. However, we recommend customers use their home address for deliveries.
Going forward, all carriers will offer contactless delivery, which means you will not need to sign for received parcels.
You can review all carrier guidelines and precautions on their official websites. You’ll receive emails once your order has shipped, confirming the shipping details.
We appreciate your understanding and support for the measures taken to protect you and to ensure we can continue operating normally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed time in AU within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a separate notice once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Flat rate: We offer free worldwide shipping.
Transit Time: All orders are transit time in AU within 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
How can I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow your shipment.
Please note it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of shipment, please contact us at support@getitt.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getitt.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
