Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange a product?

We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your GETITT product. Please contact us at support@getitt.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll take it from there.

Help! I can’t find my return label.

No worries—GETITT packages don’t include return labels. Just contact support@getitt.com and we’ll help you with the return or exchange process.

What is your return policy?

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Contact us at support@getitt.com if you want to return a product or if you’re having trouble returning it within the 30-day window.
  • You must provide your order number to process a return. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually appear on your statement within 10 business days.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Did you receive a different product than the one you ordered? Our apologies! Contact support@getitt.com and we’ll make sure you receive the correct GETITT product.

What is the return process if I’m not satisfied with the product?

You can return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the shipping label to the address side of the parcel, completely covering any old shipping labels and barcodes, without wrapping over the edges.
  3. Use the provided address and apply sufficient postage.
  4. Send the parcel via your nearest post office or shipping carrier.

Note: If you received a defective product, please contact us at support@getitt.com before returning the order. We’ll assist you with the return process and find an appropriate solution.

IMPORTANT: If you did not place your order through www.getitt.com, the return policy of the store where you purchased the product applies.
